Description
A Business Incident Manager is required within a leading bank. They will be responsible for the effective management of business interruption within the organisation.
#The Role:
The Business Incident Manager will undertake incident management and co-ordination for significant business interruptions and events across the organisation as a whole. You will work with existing colleagues who form a small and bespoke business support team and face off to traditional service management teams as well as operational risk and business continuity functions.
The Business Incident Management team provide a support service during working hours and an offer an on call service out of hours. The role will be supported with defined processes, lines of escalation to more senior colleagues and management support
#Required Skills:
*An experienced Service Management Professional capable of working under pressure
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Practical experience of managing incidents, co-ordinating resumption activities
*ITIL Qualified
