A well known finance company is URGENTLY seeking an Implementation Manager. The ideal candidate will have BA/PM experience, vendor management, an in-depth understanding of Asset Management and excellent reporting experience. This is an initial Fixed Term Contract with potential to go permanent. Located in the City. Interviewing immediately.
About the role:
Your role will be to effectively manage, implement and track projects & initiatives. You will work closely with the business, key stakeholders and vendor to ensure implementation of initiatives and software is professional, timely and within scope. This role sits within the reporting space and requires project documentation, updates to steering committee's, ability to work with both IT and the business.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of new technologies and products
- Asset management leadership with the IT and business stakeholders on agreed projects
- Make decisions affecting the design and implementation of 3rd party application software
- Business Analysis & Project management of resources involved in software implementation
- Act as test manager for new technology/product implementations
- Undertake post-implementation reviews as appropriate
- Manage other projects as agreed
Essential Skills:
- 5+ years Financial experience
- 2+ years holding responsible operational management or BA roles within the FS
- Solid Asset Management - must know different asset classes
- Experience producing reports for fund managers
- Vendor management
- Testing, creating test cases, UAT
- Experience managing project outcomes against agreed criteria
