Description
Resource 1 is in need of a Sr. Ruby on Rails/Web Developer for a position with our client in Atlanta, GA. This is a great opportunity to align yourself with an IT start-up and get in on the ground floor! This position could potentially grow into a lead down the road, after conversion to permanent. Individual will need to be able to work independently as they would be working out of their house initially, prior to moving to office space. Individual will be responsible for architecting solutions, data model design and test driven development. All development will be done in Ruby on Rails 3.1 and CoffeeScript. Individual should have 5+ years of web development experience and at least 2 years with Ruby on Rails development. Currently using ROR 3.1 and they would also need relevant web related skills such as JQuery, JavaScript and CSS. Experience working in a smaller environment is desired.
