Velossent has a great opportunity for an experienced IT recruiter for a corporate recruiting opening. This position is in Norcross and while corporate recruiting background is important, the ability to source using Boolean search techniques and social media tools is essential.
Requirements for the role include:
- 5+ years corporate recruiting experience for a variety of tech positions including web and mobile app development, database developers and DBAs, security experts and systems administrators. In general, we encourage a mix of agency and corporate backgrounds.
- Strong sourcing ability using Boolean searches(you will be asked to develop search strings as part of the interview), traditional job sites as well as social media sources including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
- Demonstrated experience using targeted lists to cold-call for new candidates as part of the overall sourcing strategy
- Knowledge of current HR regulations including OFCCP as they pertain to sourcing and hiring
- Demonstrated ability to support and properly manage expectations for multiple hiring managers concurrently
- Demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of hires while maintaining a strict focus on quality hires
This project is slated to last 6-months and may be extended beyond that based on current hiring plans.
