Accountabilities include:
Manage the overall service delivery of all IT Security/Risk systems
Monitor all service levels and contractual commitments for the IT Security/Risk Tower
Provide IT Security/Risk technical knowledge and coaching to Service Delivery Managers

Deep technical understanding of the IT Security/Risk discipline
Proven experience in IT infrastructure planning and development
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement an organizational vision Minimum Training & Experience:
BA/BS in Computer Science or Information Systems or related field or equivalent work experience and/or certifications
7 years in technology organizations with 5 years of working with the IT Security/Risk environment
Experience managing the delivery of IT infrastructure services
Proven experience in strategy, planning, and execution
Preferred Qualifications: Preference will be given to candidates, who in addition to meeting the minimum qualifications also possess the following:
Demonstrated experience with an organization with multiple business units with remote locations
Experience in regulatory compliance, as it relates to IT Security/Risk
Understanding of the IT Security/Risk sections of the outsourcing contracts including SOW and SLAs
Experience managing an IT Security/Risk Program
Experience interacting with state and/or elected officials
Experience working in an outsourcing environment
Experience managing IT Service Delivery Management in significant IT outsourcing relationships for infrastructure services
