My client is looking for a Centre Enterprise Architect for a 6/12 month contract based in Gosport. This Centre Enterprise Architect must hold current SC Clearance and you must be able to think as an entrepreneur and have broad skills around enterprise architecture.
Role overview
You will be acting as a trusted solution expert for the company's clients on major bids and accounts, developing strategic business relationships with board level decision makers, bringing technology innovation to large programmes and shaping IT landscape of the largest and most prestigious companies.
You will be skilled technologist and a management consultant with experience in enterprise scale solutions delivery who has been working in a strategic management position.
Day to Day Responsibilities
* Lead the creation and maintenance of Application, Information and Technical Enterprise Roadmaps for specific business domains.
* Develop and maintaining the current, future state and intermediate architecture blue prints for business domains.
* Publish and maintaining the current, future state and intermediate architecture blue prints for business domains.
* Align development program architecture to IT strategy.
* Work with key vendors to the separate business domains, influencing the direction of their products and services to ensure maximum value for our customers.
* Ensure the domain Roadmaps are achievable and correctly estimated and driving down the cost of IT.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as IT Directors, Programme Managers and the business teams as well as third parties and other relevant teams within IT to ensure everyone's on the same page.
