Soft Skills Trainers - Hospitality, Management, Training Delivery & Design

Trainers required to design and deliver high quality training to a range of target audiences.

The programme will include:

  • Diversity & Inclusion
  • Internal Policies
  • Management selection
  • Corporate Skillbyte programme
  • Essentials of training delivery
  • Essentials of Learning Design

You must be highly motivated and take pride in delivery, with experience in creative and cutting edge design techniques for large organisations with the ability to review current products and create innovative solutions for new projects. Experience within the hospitality sector, 5 star environments, leading brands and customer service and airlines will be beneficial.

Previous experience of delivering to senior managerial and leadership teams is crucial along with excellent facilitation skills.
A basic understanding of employment law will be needed along with Neuropsychological qualifications and an understanding of Industrial Relations.

Professionalism, enthusiasm and a can do' approach is essential.

The training will be on an ad hoc basis throughout 2012, training will be provided starting January onwards.
