Description
We are a Global Financial Services organisation who is currently looking to recruit an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to be based in our Glasgow head office.
Daily focus of the role will be within the UK Transfer Agency services as well as UK wrap Administration business acting as the main point of contact for ground compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Review existing process to ensure they comply with regulatory standards
- Devise training plans for existing and new staff to ensure all staff are aware of compliance implications within their roles
- Review and approve product extensions
- Represent the company at client meetings and feedback client views
- Develop and implement the compliance monitoring review programme
- Ensure regulatory changes are applied within the business
Skills and Experience:
- Risk Management
- Fund Services within UK Transfer agency services
- Operations and operational risk management experience
- Compliance activities and regulatory awareness and review skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and able to handle and control volume task
- Strong problem solving ability
