Customer Experience & User Researcher

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Digital Transformation team within a large Financial Services Client working on initiatives across both desktop and mobile.

Working with a team that are technology embracing, digitally savvy and all working together to push the boundaries of customer experience. You'll also work closely design and UX teams.

You'll be required to take ownership of the various user research projects and be expected to liaise with business stakeholders, internal design agencies, external research agencies, BA's, project managers, experience architects and copy writers amongst others.

Responsibilities:-
- Translate the questions and needs of the business into actionable, relevant research
- Determine the right methodologies then commission, oversee and manage user research
- Ensure quality and value of agency outputs
- Manage internal stakeholder and partners
- Support design and development through testing and pre-launch phases
- Act as internal usability & user experience expert on an ad hoc basis

- Analytical Skills
- Good Communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Procedural/Product/Specialist Knowledge
- Solid experience in digital User Experience & User Research
- Strong background in human-computer interaction, cognitive psychology, or related field
- User Research expert with a deep understanding of customer behaviour
- Deep familiarisation of the nuisances running qualitative and quantitative user research, focus groups, usability testing, surveys etc
- Full experience of User Centred Design (UCD)
- Self organised with strong business and interpersonal skills
