Interim QIPP Deputy Director - NHS

My NHS client has an interim requirement for a contractor with experience in QIPP to join them for a contract expecting to last for 3-6 months.
The client has developed a QIPP Plan for and has plans for a further QIPP for . The QIPP Deputy Director will other Trust Directors and Clinical Directors in developing detailed QIPP plans, writing business cases, and preparing implementation plans. The post holder will support Clinical Directors and their localities in the development of innovative ideas and taking them through to the completion of business cases and project implementation plans. The post holder will report directly to the corresponding Director, while maintaining strong links with other areas.
To be considered for this post, candidates should have experience within the following:
- Proven delivery of NHS QIPP Saving Streams
- Business planning, including service redesign
- Have managed complex change
- Close working with clinicians, local authorities and other key stakeholders in an NHS organisation
- Proven establishment of successful programme management arrangements
