A Contracts & Procurement Projects Manager role has arisen for a lengthy contract with a large Sussex based Local Authority.

The client is looking for the following:
- Public Procurement - Must have in depth knowledge and experience of Public Sector Procurement Regulations (particularly OJEU & Competitive Dialogue Procedure)
- Contract Authoring - Must have recent experience in formulating complex ITT's, PQQ's and drafting contract documents for multi million GBP outsourcing deals
- Procurement Planning - Must have experience of formulating sourcing plans, options appraisals and constructing product portfolio analysis models.
- Evaluation - Must have in depth experience of evaluating PQQ's and complex tenders for outsourced services and IT managed services.
- PPM - Must have good project management skills (preferably knowledge of Prince2 or APM preferred)
- Personal Qualities - Must have excellent people skills together with strong influencing and presentational skills. Must be able to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Skills - Must have strong Microsoft Office skills and be able to analyse, interpret and present complex data. Must be able to write reports and recommendations
