My client, a leading Investment Bank, has a requirement for an exceptional Business Analyst with a detailed understanding of Financial Reporting and Regulatory Change within Investment Banking to join a large scale Business Process Change Program. In this role you will be required to analyse and map out existing business and financial reporting processes as governed by IFRS regulations.
You will then work with your Project Manager in order to interpret, define and ultimately deliver Process Change. In this role you will need to demonstrate outstanding end to end Business Analysis skills, the ability to manage projects autonomously and the ability to influence senior Stakeholders up to Director level. Please note that this role is NOT Technology focussed and it is therefore essential that you have worked in a pure Finance Change role recently.
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following background:
- Proven expertise working as a Senior Business Analyst on a similar large scale Financial Reporting piece of work
- Extensive understanding of Financial Reporting and Regulatory Change in Investment Banking
- Solid understanding of IFRS and associated impending Regulatory changes
- Proven expertise in Business Process Change, with the ability to map current processes and interpret, define and deliver Process Change
- Extensive Business Process Re-engineering background
- Proven ability to run small end to end projects
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
