IFRS & Solvency II Reporting Manager
A large Surrey based insurance company seek an expd IFRS & Solvency II Reporting Manager to be responsible for planning, leading & coordinating the various work-streams involved with implementing all aspects of IFRS & the Pillar III, External Disclosure, work-stream for Solvency II.

As the IFRS & Solvency II Reporting Manager you will be responsible for:
• UK GAAP Insurance Accounting.
• IFRS.
• Solvency II.
• Project Management.

The IFRS & Solvency II Reporting Managers duties will include:

• Plan, monitor & report on the External Disclosure Solvency II Work-streams & all IFRS Work-streams & overall Project Management for the company.
• Effectively establish timelines & schedules to ensure timely completion of all work-streams associated with IFRS.
• Liaise with overall Solvency II project management & delegated work-stream managers on work-stream progress & identify impacts, inter-work-stream dependencies & criticality of project milestones, with particular regard to potential or missed milestones.
• Provide analysis of current reporting in their FSA returns & perform a GAP analysis based on future reporting requirements in the RTS & SFCR.
• Work with those impacted in Finance, Actuarial & Risk to ensure appropriate reporting solutions are in place for timely adoption.
• Effectively serve as financial representative on data work-streams.
• Produce project status reports for the Financial Controller & CFO.
