Experienced Cisco VoIP Engineer required for a highly regarded Sydney based organisation to work as part of a Talented Technical team on an initial 12 month fixed term basis. As Cisco VoIP Engineer you will be responsible for the development, implementation and operational support of the VoIP infrastructure and associated services. Your focus will be on ensuring VoIP systems are functioning properly and meeting the needs of clients and to ensure continuity of operation of the VoIP infrastructure.
The Ideal Cisco VoIP Engineer will have knowledge and experience:
Strong understanding of Cisco VoIP technologies and services (Cisco Unified Call
Understanding of QoS requirements for VoIP, Cisco networking Switches and Routers
Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Voice appliances)
Strong understanding of Voice account Management, call handling features , voicemail and handsets
Experience in providing Telephony end-user support
Experience with data network infrastructure
Ability to manage complex projects
CCNA, CCNP or CCVP qualified
Exposure to PABX systems/infrastructure
