The CDM- Environmental Co-ordinator role within Corporate Property will embrace and lead change with a never ending focus on customers needs and desires of the Corporate Property Service. The CDM Environmental Co-ordinator role will carry out the duties of a CDM Coordinator as defined under the construction regulations including environmental compliance. To support the statutory compliance and health and safety function that provides professional, impartial advice and guidance in relation to property management. By assisting in ensuring that practices, policies strategy and service is in keeping with current legislation, British Standards and codes of practice and represent the best interests of the company, organisations and customers.

To deliver the objectives of the Corporate Property service plan through:
- Undertaking CDM Co-ordination duties in accordance with the Construction Design and Management regulations.
- Provide a consistent approach to property professional advice, support and guidance.
- Preparation of technical documentation in environment and health and safety related subjects.
- Co-ordinating own work with other members of Health & Safety groups and wide project teams.
- Ensuring policies are in keeping with current legislation, British Standards and Codes of Practice etc.
- Identify quality and risk related training needs and deliver training.
- Ability to work flexibly using mobile working practices, across a wide geographical area
