An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a busy, developing and experienced General Practice Surveyor Team supporting the acquisition and disposal of our Estate. Upto 3 persons are required £18.25 PAYE. £22.80 Per hour Ltd
Key Role -
The management of a case workload relating but not limited to acquisitions and disposal of property including their transactions and landlord/tenant responsibilities
Likely Skills Base and Person/Job Requirements
MRICS or APC candidate who is able to work with minimal supervision in more of the following areas - Landlord and Tenant, Acquisitions, Disposals. Good understanding and working knowledge of specialist surveyor area (disposals, ratings, acquisitions or leases) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to write an effective report, business or specification or tender document. Strong Influencing, selling and negotiation skills. Experience of working with senior stakeholders. Able to listen, be assertive and direct colleagues and other stakeholders. Numeric and able to analyse data and information. Experience of master-planning, land/building projects including acquisitions, disposals, lease arrangements. Proactive innovative outlook and customer orientated approach. Effective time management, able to prioritise workloads. Experience of project management.
