Operational Change Analyst - Banking - London - Up to £387 per dayA leading UK retail bank requires an Operational Change Analyst to join its Operations and Customer Change team based in London on a 12 month contract.
In full consultation with the business, you will be responsible for designing and developing the target operating environment that will support the programmes roadmap of theme-based initiatives (sales, service, mobile etc.).
You will also be responsible for identifying the requirements for business change and ensuring that stakeholders fully accept changes to the core capabilities, processes, people skills, service levels etc. that they own. You will work across Initiation and Study phases; and take ownership for an effective handover to Business Readiness.
It is essential that you possess the following skills:
Business 'Solution' Design skills - particularly business process modelling
Business change/readiness experience
Experience of operational and organisational change
Strong facilitation and communication skills
Analytical Skills
Change Management and Procedural/Product/Specialist knowledge is also advantageous.
