Description
Provides technical and administrative support to the Vendor Integrity Team.
Formats documentation, including creation of templates, and updates the department database.
Uses variety of software tools sufficiently to support the department and our customers, as
the database contains all IT master agreements.
Responsible for final assembly and quality of printed materials associated with IT contracts, and
as directed by the Contracts Governance Manager.
Assists with logistics for arranging customers and department meetings.
Assists in maintenance of libraries, databases and contract files.
Expert knowledge of MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention and operate under stressful,
time-sensitive deadlines.
Experience Level: BA or BS preferred plus minimum
6+ years of direct relevant experience.
This is a part-time position and we are willing to be flexible with daily schedule.
