The Customer Service Representative will process incoming service requests.

Responsibilities:
  • Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) of a moderately complex nature.
Qualifications:
  • Must have Life and Disability insurance knowledge.
  • APA Life, Accident, and Health license preferred but not required.
  • Tasks require some judgment.
  • Typically requires a high school education or equivalent.
