DESCRIPTIONThe Customer Service Representative will process incoming service requests.
Responsibilities:
- Receives, evaluates, and answers customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) of a moderately complex nature.
- Must have Life and Disability insurance knowledge.
- APA Life, Accident, and Health license preferred but not required.
- Tasks require some judgment.
- Typically requires a high school education or equivalent.
