DESCRIPTIONThe SAP/HR Consultant will analyze current business needs and HR people processes with a focus on reducing redundancies and continuously identifying areas for improvement.
Responsibilities
- Work with HR and IT to design HR processes and systems.
- Create test scripts and training material and perform testing for all system enhancements and projects.
- Work with IT and ACS to implement solutions through to production.
- Manage security and access.
- Develop company-wide reports/metrics strategy.
- Perform appropriate analytics of the HR data using SAP in order to ensure meaningful management decisions can be made with its use.
- Foster productive working relationships with related business partners.
- Provide first-class customer service and technical support to the HR and end user community.
- Experience in HR Technology, implementing global HR systems.
- Understand how to deliver meaningful business measures to the HR function and the business as well as strong consultative and partnering skills.
- Minimum three years of functional experience in SAP ECC6 or equivalent system.
- Prior experience in Benefits and Compensation modules a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe and PowerPoint skills required.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present technical concepts and solutions to non-technical teams.
- Broad understanding of HR business processes.
- Global experience a plus.
