DESCRIPTIONThe Network Services/Support consultant will provide primary support for Cisco VoIP projects, assignments, and voice severity issues.
Responsibilities
- Open change requests and attend change meetings
- Perform Cisco software and patch installations, upgrades, and voice gateway configurations
- Provide Unity project support
- Perform monthly consumption reporting and billing reconciliation
- Perform remote complex IMAC and routing changes
- Perform security compliance health checks in-line with customer security requirements
- Cisco Unified Communications Manager experience
- Unity and Unity Connection expertise
- Call Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express skills
- Familiarity with Voip protocols H323/SCCP/RTP/QoS/SRST/MGC/SIP
- Voice Gateway experience
- Knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center desired
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Network protocols TCP/IP, OSPF and MPLS a plus
- Required Certifications: CCNP, CCVP
