DESCRIPTION
The Network Services/Support consultant will provide primary support for Cisco VoIP projects, assignments, and voice severity issues.

Responsibilities
  • Open change requests and attend change meetings
  • Perform Cisco software and patch installations, upgrades, and voice gateway configurations
  • Provide Unity project support
  • Perform monthly consumption reporting and billing reconciliation
  • Perform remote complex IMAC and routing changes
  • Perform security compliance health checks in-line with customer security requirements
Qualifications
  • Cisco Unified Communications Manager experience
  • Unity and Unity Connection expertise
  • Call Manager Express and Cisco Unity Express skills
  • Familiarity with Voip protocols H323/SCCP/RTP/QoS/SRST/MGC/SIP
  • Voice Gateway experience
  • Knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center desired
  • Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Network protocols TCP/IP, OSPF and MPLS a plus
  • Required Certifications: CCNP, CCVP
