DESCRIPTION
The File Clerk will scan and archive production records and file and retrieve documentation within an appropriate time frame. Create electronic tracking/cataloging in Word. Perform various other routine clerical duties. Rely on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Qualifications:
  • PC experience.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience as a File Clerk.
  • Requires a high school diploma with 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
