DESCRIPTION
The Customer Service Representative will process incoming orders. Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries (phone or correspondence) of a moderately complex nature.

Responsibilities
  • Process Underwriting Bind requests
  • Broker follow-up for quotes, renewal applications, and bind requests
  • Notice of cancellation and reinstatement
  • Image to customer file - certified mail receipts
  • Early review identification
Qualifications
  • Typically requires a high school education or equivalent and two to four years experience

SKILLS
High school education, 2-4 years experience
