We are looking for a Product manager with knowledge and experience in International Payments & Cash management business trough the whole payments chain with focus on the client segments (Mid)Corporates and Financial Institutions.
Understanding the business end-to-end:
-What does the client expect from our products and services
-The way banking implements and manages the products within PCM with regard to Sales, implementation and day to day operations and support
-Understanding and taking into account the internal and external regulatory framework in an international environment (legal, compliance, risk, etc)
Responsibilities
-Product portfolio management
-Product development & maintenance
-Regulations and market developments
-Product communication, support and performance management
-Actively work together with Product Management on the market launch of Business Reporting:
-Fine-tuning the operational processes and documentation
-Daily support of Sales, Implementation and Support in their respective roles
-Act as SPOC with our external provider
-Follow-up and maintain the SLA with the external provider
-Build up the MIS around the product
-Develop the knowledge centre and documentation
-Quickly learn and understand the functionality of the current operational environment and what we would like to achieve with the development of the reporting strategy
-Writing documents (ability to translate detailed analysis into summarized documents/presentations, good Powerpoint skills)

-Good understanding of Treasury departments needs of Corporates/FI's
-High developed analytic skills, problem and analysis & judgement
-Strong focus on delivery & results
-Able to work under stress and deal with deadlines
-Pro-active and perseverance
-Fluent written and verbal English is required (Dutch/French is a pre)
-Good communication- & presentation skills
-Planning- and organisational skills
-Team player in a complex organisation
-At least 3-5 years relevant working experience in product management of product marketing, preferably within financial services
