DESCRIPTION
The Financial Analyst will code invoices accurately, check invoices with schedule to ensure correct billing, submit invoices for approval, and file approved invoices.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the IExpense processes.
  • Work with business partner to ensure statements of work are drafted correctly.
  • Work to ensure badges and ID's are active for all workers who need them, ensures billing is correct from vendors.
  • Answer generic phone number and forward calls where appropriate, screening guests, signing for packages, sorting mail, obtaining orders for food, and maintains vacation list.
  • Support the Creative Services Group and Meeting and Events groups in finalizing billing and invoicing for world wide convention.
  • Code invoices, process invoices, ensure invoices hit correct journal accounts, and process charge backs.
  • Prepare invoices with supplier info, billing accounts and authorization authority.
  • Date stamp, copy, and file the invoice.
  • Review invoices accruals at month end, monitor fixed asset forms, provide support to new vendors and suppliers in getting set up tools.
  • Ensure checks have been deposited or accrued for at month end and billed to correct accounts.
  • Prepare and submit IExpense packages for groups.
  • Prepare wire transfer forms for international invoices, both in foreign and domestic currency, once posted update spreadsheet and notify about dollar amount.
  • Process chargeback when necessary.
  • Reclass when necessary.
  • File invoices and chargebacks monthly.
  • Prepare monthly financial report.
  • Review chargeback journal entries prior to month end.
  • Prepare Journal Entries for third party billing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card charges, working with internal finance counterpart.
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of Finance/Accounting experience
  • MS Excel expertise
  • 2-4 years in Database Administration
  • 1-2 years of experience with Oracle Financials
  • Live event/media production accounting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of journal entries
  • Invoice coding skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with confidential information
  • Office management skills
