DESCRIPTION
The Network Services Support consultant will perform analytical troubleshooting techniques and problem management.

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of network operations, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Required CCNA Certification.
• Ability to use monitoring tools.
• Implementation and knowledge of CISCO devices.
• CISCO command structure and usage.
• NOC experience.
• Ability to manage third party vendors.
• Knowledge of Juniper.
• Router, switch, and Firewall skills.
• Knowledge of VPN technology and implementation.
• Familiarity with Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF and EIGRP).
• NAT/PAT address translation skills.
• Experience with HSRP configuration.
• Experience with the following: VoIP, VLANs, TCP/IP, NMC, and NV6000.
• Remedy, problem, and change systems knowledge.
• Position is for third shift weekdays Monday -Thursday.
