Are you a Senior C#.Net developer with experience developing & maintaining CTI & IVR based solutions for Call Centres?
A leading Call Centre vendor has a contract opportunity where you will focus on developing, enhancing & supporting softphone. You will be part of a professional services team that is responsible for customisation work.
To be successful in obtaining this role you will possess the following:- Knowledge of Contact Center/Telephony Environments such as: Genesys, Cisco UCCE, UCCX, Avaya, Nortel, NICE, Verint, Aspect, Nuance etc
- Strong C#.Net skills
- Exposure to client side web development utilising Javascript
- Full SDLC experience
- Able to work alone or in a team
- Strong communication skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
- A degree in IT or similar discipline
Some travel to Melbourne will be required to interact with customers.
The role is based in the CBD fringe near transport & amenities. The role will run for an initial period of 6 months with the opportunity to extend for another 6 months.
