Description
This role is based at an Insurer in the City. They are looking for an experienced business analyst with good knowledge of RDR (retail distribution review).
You will be involved in implementing changes to the organisation through analysing current methods and creating a new framework for RDR. You will be required to manage the other business analysts on this project as well as gathering the business requirements and ensuring that the project is delivered to within the set scope, budget and time line.
It is essential for this role that the candidate has the RDR knowledge. Previous experience as a lead BA would be beneficial, the company would be looking for you to bring in further team members.
