Description
Experis is seeking qualified Project Manager for Boston client. The IT Project Manager is responsible for coordinating IT architecture, design, development, and testing throughout the project. The PM will be part of a new Shared-Services Model whereby they will be deployed across the enterprise where needed. Exposure to multiple projects/business units.
Responsibilities:
Develop project charter.
Develop and maintain IT project plans.
Provide day-to-day project leadership, project delivery, status reporting consistent with the project charter.
Ensure work stream success through coordination with business and IT project leads.
Maintain project charter/plan.
Manage project skills and staffing plan and identify resource gaps/contention issues.
Manage progress of project milestones.
Create weekly status reports and submit to Program Coordinator or IT Lead.
Submit issues, document key information and submit to Program Coordinator or IT Lead.
Manage issue resolution and decision framework processes.
Manage project risks, submit risks to Work stream Manager.
Facilitate issue resolution and decision framework meetings.
Requirements:
10+ years in project management specializing in large-scale IT systems implementations within the healthcare industry.
Experience with data management, identification, analysis and creation
Project management experience must include responsibilities for project planning, scheduling, resource management.
PMP certification is a plus.
Candidates must be detail oriented and be comfortable working in a team environment.
Must show commitment to excellence and possess strong communication skills.
