Description
My global pharmaceutical client is currently seeking a Supplier Team Manager to manage relationships with multiple customers in markets and sites with key stakeholders in the pack management process. You will be working across multiple varieties of pack changes and new pack creations, maintaining an environment of excellence in customer service.
Responsibilities:
-Manage projects as directed by the Service Centre Manager.
-Responsible for artwork production standards and accuracy
-Responsible for health, safety and environmental aspects of the team.
-Ensure that data accuracy is maintained in communications with sites, markets and 3rd parties.
-Ensure that revenue and profits are not prejudiced by late pack changes or new pack creations.
Essential Skills:
-Two or more years experience in Logistics, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing or Management discipline.
-Proven focus on meeting customer needs with business acumen.
-Good working knowledge of markets and supply/distribution chains.
-Track record of management/leadership of people.
- Degree level education
-Excellent communications, negotiating and influencing skills.
-High quality IT skills
