Client  is setting up a new Governance group, which requires immediate support for the existing Standards/Governance programs as well as new activities related to Data/Information Governance programs.

The Operations analyst will conduct the following:
1. ITSB administration;
2. Governance operations;
3. Standards Management;
4. Assist with defining Enterprise glossary and taxonomies;
5. Designs and performs data queries and manipulation to obtain data for analyses. Prepares responses to requests for information. 

Standards/Governance Operations Analysts (need 2) 
1. ITSB administration: 
a. Manage SharePoint repository for all standards activities: 
i. Log Waivers, Technology Requests, and Standards 
ii. Create ITSB Meeting Agenda 
iii. Update ITSB Meeting based on meeting: voting results, action items, etc. 
b. Meeting minutes, setup, agenda, pre-meeting communication, coordination of stakeholder review PRIOR to the meeting so that all of client is on the same page BEFORE we come to the meeting 
c. General follow-up/care and feeding of the two mailboxes we have for requests, questions, routing etc 
2. Governance operations 
a. Meeting coordination 
i. Agendas, Pre-Meeting Communications, Minutes, Follow-up Action Items 
b. Communications 
c. SharePoint monitoring/administration 
3. Standards Management 
a. Assists personnel in translating needs into reporting systems. Prepare overall design proposals for new data. Develop use cases. 
b. Work with all regions/portfolio to create a common milestones based' calendar where applications are on the same schedules when on the same development platforms 
c. Stewardship. Need to increase the penetration rate of Category and Product Stewards for Standards. This is a VERY high touch, collaborative job. This process needs to be run as a project. Identify/prioritize our Standards, Identify the Category Stewards, which we have about 98% of, and work with them to help drive down to the product level. With good project management and dedication, should be able to get well over 50% of Standards assigned a Product Steward by the end of the year. 
d. Steward Project Management: Align calendars from a task dependency and resource dependency perspective. Help stewards focus on the right priorities. 
e. Decision monitoring and follow-up: Series of To Do' lists based on all the Waivers, Technology Registrations, and Standards. Rattle the cages for follow-up, updates, etc. 
f. Roadmaps & Blueprints. Roadmaps and blueprints have not been updated since they were created. Need to prioritize and begin with those that are currently out of "Leverage" state to see where the Category Stewards think the product fits into the Strategy and update appropriately 
4. Assist with defining Enterprise glossary and taxonomies 
5. Designs and performs data queries and manipulation to obtain data for analyses. Prepares responses to requests for information. Ability to combine data from multiple sources. 
6. Experience with Business Objects. Troux, Cognos, SAS, DataFlux, TOAD, SQL a plus 
7. Data/Information Management experience a plus
