- Have a degree or equivalent in a computer related field.
- Good knowledge of Windows Servers, Desktop operating systems, and networks
- Enthusiasm, good interpersonal skills, aptitude for learning and the ability to think laterally will be key to success in this position.
- Well developed written & verbal communication skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- Exposure to GP software Medical Director, Best Practice, S4S, Genie or similar would be highly beneficial as you will be working in depth with these technologies.
- Data/System interfacing
- Demonstrated ability to liaise with all professionals and consumers in the service, within the hospital, and within the community.
- Ability to work in a Multidisciplinary Team.
- Experience working in an ITIL environment.
