We have immediate opportunities available for customer service agents to answer calls on behalf of Rogers Communications working from the comfort of your home-office. Rogers Communications is a diversified Canadian communications and media company. Rogers is Canada's largest provider of wireless voice and data communications services and one of Canada's leading providers of cable television, high-speed Internet and telephony services.

We are looking for professionals who are interested in working a minimum of 20 hours a week, while having the choice of selecting the hours they would like to work each day (daytime, evening, and weekend hours are available).

You will need strong computer skills, excellent people skills, a quiet workspace, and a late model PC that meets minimum requirements.

Previous customer service experience is preferred, but NOT required. Agents with the right skills and no previous involvement with call centers can be very successful.
