Investment Accountant Team Leader Harvey

The role will involve leading a small client accounting team, ensuring active administration and maintaining service levels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Assessing the work of team members, making sure work is delivered in accordance with department standards
Tracking client service levels and reporting any problems to the manager
Communicating frequently with management in order to contribute to the development of the department as well as participating in team projects aimed to advance the service provided
Training, development and appraisals
In order to fulfil this role, you must have an IOC (previously IAQ) qualification or be working towards it, able to stimulate and manage a team, a high standard of technical knowledge, exceptional communication skills and able to grasp systems quickly.In return, you can expect to work for a growing organisation within a highly positive and enthusiastic working environment.
