Position Description:
The Expert Business Intelligence Developer will be a member of a team responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of a large scale Datawarehouse and associated reports, self-service Business Intelligence portal and client dashboards. This team is responsible for implementing and maintaining reporting and Business Intelligence solutions to support the Network Operations, Sales and Strategic Planning divisions of Turner. As an Expert Developer, this team member will be responsible for design and implementation of a wide variety of components in these solutions, including ETL processes, data warehouse/mart implementations, client reports, adhoc reporting tools and dashboards.

Qualifications:
2+ years overall software development industry experience. 1+ years of experience in database design and report development. Demonstrated advanced understanding of relational databases. Hands-on, professional experience with MS SQL Server is required. Experience with reporting tool such as SSRS, Business Objects, Data Dynamics Active Reports, etc. Experience with ETL concepts and tools such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Experience with dimensional design models in high volume, transaction based environments is strongly desired. Experience designing/developing OLAP cubes is plus. Demonstrated knowledge of the MDX query language is a plus. Demonstrated success coding and implementing systems using the .NET framework is a plus. Full life cycle experience in Datawarehouse design, development, tuning and support a plus. Experience with SharePoint components relating to OLAP storage solutions such as ProClarity and MS Excel Services is a plus. BS or MS/MBA in Computer Science, MIS, business, or equivalent education/training/experience. Professional certification such as MCPD, MCAD, MCSD or MCTS is a plus. Experience with software lifecycle management in an agile methodology (SCRUM, FDD, XP, DSDM, etc.) is preferred. Self-disciplined and an established ability to meet deadlines and expectations. Demonstrated teamwork skills. Good communications skills (written/verbal).
