Very strong Senior Incident Manager needed urgently for our blue chip client in Edinburgh.

The right candidate MUST have extensive previous experience as an Incident Manager and senior Service Manager dealing with major incidents within Financial Services/Banking and driving them through to resolution. You should have a strong track record in defining Incident and Crisis Management Process, acting as a bridge between the Business & the Service Management function, managing major incidents and bringing together IT and Business stakeholders to resolve these incidents. You must be able to work in high-pressure environments and situations, have a strong understanding of ITIL Service Management and excellent Stakeholder management skills with previous experience dealing closely with both Business and IT teams and Managers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a challenging, fast paced environment are essential. You must have previous Financial Services and Banking experience and any experience working within Credit Card or TSYS environments would be highly advantageous. Confidence and gravitas are essential.
