Title: Salesforce.com Project Manager
Location: Raleigh, NC
Type: 18 Month Contract

Position Summary
CCCi's client has an excellent 6 month contract to hire opportunity for a CRM Project Manager focused on Salesforce.com. This position will be primarily responsible for end-to-end project delivery. The Project Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a complex IT project or multiple, medium-scale IT projects: project planning, execution, people management, timing, functionality, quality, communication and cost. He/She will execute moderately complex IT projects from original concept through final implementation. Establishes and communicates goals and directs team activity. Responsibilities may also include serving as a subject matter expert (SME) in project management and consulting for other projects as necessary. Adheres to established project management methodology and standards while carrying out responsibilities. Includes applying Project Management and systems development life cycle processes to medium-to-large scale IT projects and ensures that projects are aligned with IT standards and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Recommend prioritization of projects and ensure approvals follow the governance process.
- Estimate the impact of new or modified services in terms of cost, capacity, contingency, infrastructure, and one-time versus ongoing resources.
- Consult with management to ensure strategic alignment of projects with multiple business units' strategy and objectives.
- Lead or independently assess inter-project dependencies, key stakeholders; gauge financial impact and risk of project.
- Lead efforts around project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans and status reports for all aspects of the project.
- Lead design, development, and implementation of business perspective work plans to determine the required tasks and resources (process, functional, etc.) for complex projects spanning multiple business units, suppliers (internal and external) and/or vendors.
- Provide performance feedback for project team members.
- Coach/mentor project team members on best practices, including solution delivery and IT value.

Requirements
- CRM background concentrating on SalesForce.com.
- Gather, create, and document current and future business process flows.
- Perform application configuration, testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
- Provide help and support to existing users as well as advising on best practices and investigating ways to improve adoption
- Sales Cloud Knowledge: Marketing & Leads, Opportunities & Quotes, Approvals & Workflow and Contracts & Entitlements
- Platform knowledge: force.com; Visualforce.com
- Excellent communication and planning skills with a history of developing effective relationships with business, technical staff and executive management.
- Work closely with key stakeholders and ensure milestones are delivered on time and to budget
- Work directly with external consultancy
- Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, often ambiguous and event driven environment.
- Knowledge of Finance processes and systems
- 5+ years of successful project management experience (specific to CRM and ERP applications)
- 3+ years implementing, configuring and administering Salesforce.com

Preferred Requirements
- 10 or more years of progressive experience in IT
- Sales & Service Cloud Consultant Certification a plus
- 5 or more years of progressive experience in Salesforce.com configuration work, Project Management of Systems or Business Process projects
- Ability to travel up to 20% (may require some overnight)
- Candidates local to Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA are strongly preferred
