We have an exciting long-term opportunity for an Identity Access Management (IAM) Developer with one of our most exciting clients.

Identity Access Management (IAM) Developer responsibilities
- Developing viable and efficient technology solutions to complex business needs according to customer requirements, following company development standards.
- Work with IAM lead to develop appropriate interfaces and ensure quality and efficiency through capacity planning, performance assessment, and both integration and regression testing.
- Assist in the coordination of customer acceptance testing and ensure customer satisfaction through timely resolution of issues and ongoing communication.
- Understand and adhere to the company Technology Services Project Management Methodology as well as follow the company Leadership Model and actively demonstrate commitment to the model.
- Actively supporting team on common goals and participate in high team performance as well as provide 24 x 7 customer support on a rotating basis.
- Assist in extensive deployment of new, comprehensive IAM platform.
Identity Access Management (IAM) Developer required skills
- Position requires 3 to 5 years of application development and support experience using Java programming language.
- Preferred experience with web, server, and Thin Client.
- Position requires 3 to 5 years of Identity and Access Management experience or experience with Sun IdM, Sun AM, or Sailpoint IIQ.
- Must have 3 to 5 years of technical analysis and design experience using Object Oriented (OO) concepts and design patterns.
- 3 to 5 years of application development and support experience using DB2 or other relational databases is preferred.
- Experience with JavaScript, Hibernate, and EJBs is also a plus.
- Must have strong leadership, teamwork, and communications skills.
- Successfully completing an extensive background check will be required prior to starting on this project.
