Title: OCM Communications Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA
Type: Contract through December 31, 2012

Position Summary
CCCi's client has an immediate need for an OCM Communications Specialist. The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Specialist focuses on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures. The OCM specialist will implement change management plans that identify and mitigate people-related risks. He/she works to maximize stakeholders' understanding of a change initiative, increase engagement, buy-in, and support. Expected results include faster adoption, greater utilization of system tools and business processes, so that targeted business results are achieved. This role requires working though many others in the organization to succeed. The OCM Specialist must be able to support technical project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. In addition, he/she may be called upon to provide support and coaching to front-line managers, supervisors, and other client staff as they help the people on their teams through transitions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with client resources in the formulation and execution of plans and activities to support successful project implementation.
- Identify potential people-related risks and anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
- Assess the impact of business process and technology changes on existing organization, jobs, and skill sets.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner, with concrete action recommendations.
- Develop Organization & Job Design recommendations.
- Create and implement a super user strategy.
- Set up and manage a Change Agent Network.
- Manage capability/knowledge transfer to client resources.
- Develop post-implementation support plans as needed.
- Manage client relationships, identifying, escalating and resolving risks that could impact change management initiatives.
- Support the execution of plans by managers and business leaders and project team members.
- Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency for individual changes.
- Create and enable reinforcement mechanisms and celebrations of success.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree/MBA is preferred.
- 7+ years of experience working with Organizational Change Management tools and techniques, including conducting assessments aimed at determining change readiness, change impact analysis, stakeholder assessment and engagement, knowledge/capability transfer, change agent network development and management, communication, and training.
- 5+ years of relevant consulting experience in Organizational Change.
- 5+ years of experience in major ERP implementations utilizing Oracle/PeopleSoft, or SAP, along with related business process changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to produce project deliverables under tight timelines.
- Experience in healthcare or software industries preferred, but not required.
