Senior Business Analyst - Banking - Bristol/Birmingham/Manchester - Up to £385 per day
A leading UK retail bank requires Senior Business Analyst to join its team working across 3 sites on a 3 month contract.
This is a business change role and not technical/IT position.
The objectives of the programme are to deliver an improved customer and colleague experience by exploiting strategic platforms, implementing image and workflow solutions and operational excellence best practice utilised in core operational sites. You will look to consolidate the centres of operations to simplify our TOM.
You will be responsible for funding direct and indirect and enabling initiatives and capturing the resulting benefits. Benefits' targets are in excess of £30M run rate and significant expertise is required to manager and deliver these sums.
Managing a team of Business Analysts in a poll to support the E2E Process Simplification, you must ensure that they adhere to the right standards, supporting them on day to day activity and managing the demand and supply based on plans and priority requirements.
It is essential that you will have leadership and stakeholder management experience. You must also possess strong process business analyst skills with experience migrating processes.
To be considered you must be comfortable travelling across 3 sites.
