Ihre Aufgaben:
- Evaluates incidents and standard change requests and makes the changes according to business requirements. Ensures that the incidents and standard changes are resolved within the target times dictated by the SLAs
- Evaluates and processes problems (including pro-active) and changes requests and advice on the requirements, resolution and required effort. Coordinates across all involved items: Archive components (TSM, OD, DB2, CS) and SAP
- Updates service calls, problem and change tickets with relevant information and status changes
- Responsibility for all integration aspects within given area. Escalation point for unresolved issues regarding specific area
- Conducts modular tests. Helps the business counterpart to prepare test scenarios and supports user acceptance tests. Evaluates completeness and validity of the required test scenarios
- Monitors that all required documentation his/her process is gathered and kept up-to-date. Documentation includes Process design, Functional design, Technical design, Operational manuals, Error handling
- Escalates to line and product management when integration, documentation or development becomes problematic
- Participating on the project involving supported tools
Ihre Qualifikation
- IBM CommonStore experience
- IBM OnDemand experience
- IBM Tivoli Storage Manager experience
- generic DB knowledge (ideally IBM DB2)
- Linux environment experience
- Customer focused
- Working within both support and project environments
- Fluent English - written and spoken
- Czech- native speaker
