These positions are exclusively for REMOTE WORK. However, we are hiring exclusively in the Atlanta area. Candidate should have experience and success (high speed, reliable connection) working remotely.
Position Requirements:
Bachelors degree and 10 years + of experience. Leads team of designers which design and develop training materials for implementation. Ensure cost-effective methodologies are implemented and managed. Develops needs assessment process. Plans, organizes, and develops training curricula, materials, and programs to meet specific training needs. Manage the assessment of learning needs. Partners with Subject Matter Experts to provide input for course content. Provides skill assessments and facilitate training. Lead other designers with projects. Ensures course materials are current and relevant to training needs.
