Description
Office Administrator required by Leading Pharmaceutical Group to join their growing organisation to help support the office environment and its employees.
The Office Administrator will have an array of responsibilities including the following:
Arranging transport and hotel stay for people travelling on IT business
* Answering calls for helpdesk and logging
* Updating the IT calendar
* Moving all numbers to single supplier where appropriate and cost effective
* Managing telephony enquiries including landlines and mobile phones
* Landline reports to backup the invoices
* Mobiles reports and reporting
* Stationary ordering/Office Equipment orders
* Ensuring first aid kit is in order
* Updating IT Organisation charts and publishing on IT Personnel Database
* Pool car management
The successful candidate will have a background in Office administration, have excellent organisational skills and should know their way around mobile phones, the Internet and MS Excel.
It is also essential to have experience within the following criteria:
* Proven record in Office Support/Office Administration role
* Management of Telephony enquiries
* Experience of updating Organisation charts
* Record of ordering stationary/office equipment
* Working knowledge of MS Excel
The successful applicant will be working within a leading Pharmaceutical group working with a variety of employees throughout the business.
This role is based in Derby
The role will start with an initial 6 month fix term contract and is offering a salary circa £19k per annum
