A global technology company with one of the largest Oracle E-business Suite footprints in NSW is in the planning phase of an R12 upgrade which will not only cover their operations here in Australia but will also cover a number of their operations in the Asia Pac region. As a result they require an Oracle Functional Consultant to work within the project team and provide expertise to their financial modules.

The key focus of this role will be on the upgrade of the core financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PA) to R12.1.3

Responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with internal stakeholders regarding system changes and requirements
  • Conducting business process reviews to Oracle functionality to ensure continued effectiveness of daily operations
  • Working with virtual teams in Asia Pac to deliver the upgrade
  • Identifying areas of potential system improvements
  • Providing Business Process and applications support for Oracle modules

This role requires an Oracle functional consultant with R12 upgrade experience of Oracle Financials ideally within Asia Pac. This has the potential of being a long term engagement of up to 12 months.
