One of our large NHS clients are looking to recruit a Customer Care Assistant to work in a busy PALS team.

We are looking for highly motivated, enthusiastic, flexible and efficient individual to join the administration and clerical team.

In this vital role you will provide reception, switchboard and enquiry service's to the general public, patients and staff. You must be able to deal with people confidently and sensitively both face to face and over the telephone. You will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to a wide range of Health Professionals, using your excellent IT skills.

You will be responsible for drafting response letters for signature by the Chief Executive and going through the complaints procedure which could involve setting up review panels/mediation depending on how the complainant wishes to have their complaint handled.

Candidates with a background working in either PALS or Clinical Governance will be looked upon favourably.
