Experis is currently building a new game test team for a project that we recently won from one of the largest software developers in the world.
Summary:
We are seeking an SDET with an entrepreneurial spirit to join a new venture to test video games on a leading next generation game console & PC titles. You will work with a talented team that is innovative, fun, and results oriented. You will drive new projects using cutting-edge technology & processes.
This is an ongoing program with dozens of game titles (variety of genres) and many more in the pipeline.
MMO Project:
This project will entail Game network/server performance testing- simulating user activity on the Back End (using Loadrunner), Multiple users hitting the server, Familiarity with common 3rd party applications out there- this person can learn on the job if they are technical (as we use proprietary tools), Familiarity with MMO games ideal, would prefer a gamer. This will mostly be developing in C#, reading C++, and strong working knowledge of SQL (performance and analysis) and perfmon. May require some tool development (internally) to test the Back End.
