Experis, one of the nation's leading I.T. Staffing and Managed Services companies, is seeking a Systems Technical Support Engineer for a 3 month opportunity in the Atlanta area.

Job Description: Responsible for providing technical, functional, and coding support to customer's product support teams, field engineers or technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting and debugging highly technical or sophisticated Networks. Responds to situations where Network Control Center support has failed to isolate or fix problems in Network. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to Network engineering/design engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training. Provides Network support to customer/users where the Network is highly complex or technical in nature.

Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires a evaluation of identifiable factors. Exercises judgment within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Candidate should be well versed with Cisco, Citrix Load Balancers and Wireless technology.
CCNP, CCDP is prefered.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in diagnosing and troubleshooting software and/or customer service on computer systems.

4+ years experience providing technical support to product support teams, field engineers and technicians.

Detailed knowledge of the diagnosis, repair and debugging of software and computer systems.
