Summary
Our client is a global leader in the payments industry seeking a talented Sr. Project Manager/Consultant to help them implement a new encryption tool as an added layer of security. This is a strategic project for our client, as it will ensure that sensitive data is not at risk, even in the event of a network breach.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of the project, including the gathering of requirements, coding, testing, deployment of code, production validation, and processing of data
- Report project status to executives and stakeholders as necessary
- Complete standard project artifacts
- This is a 6 month contract opportunity with strong potential for further extension and potential to go permanent
Qualifications
- Seven-plus years Project Management experience
- Experience with SDLC projects
- Experience with Infrastructure projects
- Bachelors Degree
- Masters preferred
- Proficient in MS Office and Project.
- Familiar with PPM's such as Clarity/Niku
- Knowledge of complex relational databases
- Knowledge of enterprise-class infrastructure platforms, including Servers, Routers, etc.
- Solid understanding of web based applications
