Sales Program Coordinator
6 months- 1 year contract
Redmond, WA

Job Description:
This individuals overall responsibility will be to drive multiple complex coordination and reporting processes, such as collecting and consolidating the manual xls pipeline, and managing the multiple dashboard updates and the pipeline, poc, and win/loss data. This person will also act as the central coordinating location for the multiple ad-hock requests for different field data which needs to be coordinated with and collected from the sales team.
Project: Start: immediately, but ok with after the new year, normal Hours, full time and 6 month contract with extension to year
Specific job functions include:
Acts as a single point of contact for all data and communication coordination with the joint sales team for our client, Manage the manual end-to-end pipeline process with the sellers and regional sales managers, Maintain critical set of dashboards including pipeline and revenue forecast, requests and status against regional targets, Resource and hiring status for field roles; Coordinate with the leads in each region to collect and summarize status and resource utilization; Coordinate with the core leads on information requirements from sellers, creating a repeatable process for collecting and reporting; Collect and manage the teamed account lists identified across each region and update appropriate sub dashboards of identified joint opportunities; Maintain and summarize key analysis dashboards for pipeline, actuals and growth.

Advanced communication skills (written and verbal); knowledge and skills in business applications (eg Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

Knowledge of our client and its sales organization, understanding of core stakeholders and requirements
Knowledge of our client and its sales organization, programs and processes
Some technical knowledge of our clients products and awareness of new product developments and product refresh cycles
