Description
Selected individual will provide expertise in Change Management responsibilities involved in.organizational change* that will shift resources and functions from various silo groups to one centralized organization causing significant cultural and process impacts. The project requires a great amount of communication, training, and stakeholder buy-in from both inside and outside of the IT Organization. Activities will include: • identification of key stakeholders • documentation of key changes and impacts • estimation of the detailed change management scope of work • identification of training requirements • estimation of training scope • development of appropriate stakeholder communication as project details are defined • development of training schedule •
The project will integrate IT processes, procedures and tools for Program and Project Mgmt, Project Controls, Solution Delivery Lifecycle, Resource Mgmt and Testing Center of Excellence (CoE).
Skills Requirements:
- Understanding of organizational, procedural, and cultural changes involved in developing a centralized Program Management Office
- Change Management experience in large IT projects
- Ability to identify key stakeholders across a complex organization and determine detailed change management needs for each type of stakeholder
- Experience in merger integration projects with the ability to evaluate various Legacy processes and the changes involved in consolidating and migrating resources to an entirely new way of thinking
- Experience in definition and implementation of training programs for large IT Projects Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with Project Management processes and methodology
- Familiarity with Solution Delivery Life Cycle processes and methodology
- Understanding of various IT functions including Application Delivery, Infrastructure/Operations, and Telecom
- Experience establishing new PMO functions 95br+ flexible depending on experience
